We deliver all the items on our site in mainland France as well as in all European countries, namely: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland , Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. We also offer delivery to the United Arab Emirates.
We do not ship to any other countries not listed above.
Delivery price
Free delivery at €0.00 is offered to you on all of our products, regardless of the amount of your order. Free delivery is valid in mainland France as well as in all European countries (see list above).
We also offer secure delivery (loss, theft, breakage) charged at €3.90 which is a guarantee against the loss, theft or breakage of your order during delivery. It is very rare that a problem occurs but it can be worth it to have peace of mind for large orders of fragile products such as plates, bowls or ceramic tea boxes.
Shipping and delivery time
All products ordered on our site are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that if your order is placed after 2:00 p.m. (Paris time) you will need to allow an additional working day for your order to be shipped.
Our average delivery times are between 5 to 10 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your delivery address (if you are located in town or in the countryside) and peak periods of the year when there are more orders such as Black Friday or Christmas.
