Refund Policy

There are three cases in which you can obtain a refund after placing your order:

Case no. 1: I have just placed my order, I would like to cancel it for any reason.

If and only if your order has not yet been shipped by our team, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. To do this, simply let us know by sending us an email via our contact page , or directly to contact@au-coeur-du-japon.com. Please note that orders are generally shipped within three business days.

Case no. 2: I still have not received my order, I would like a refund.

We only take orders that take more than two months to be delivered at our expense. Our team is committed to doing everything possible to ship all orders placed within three business days. However, delivery delays caused by carriers and sorting centers are unfortunately not our responsibility.

Case no. 3: The product arrived broken.

To obtain a refund in the event that one or more products are broken during transport, please send us supporting photo and/or video evidence to contact@au-coeur-du-japon.com . If the products were indeed delivered to you broken and the visual evidence is there to prove it, you will naturally be refunded up to the amount of your order.
